Located on the beautiful Isle of Bute, One Marine Place is your home from home. Nestled on the edge of the sea and a short walk from both Rothesay & Port Bannatyne, our apartments make the ideal base for a short break and to explore the many gems Bute has to offer. All apartments have one private on-site parking space, free wifi, fully equipped kitchens & access to our mature gardens.

We now have a new event space on the Isle of Bute, called Bute Yard, where you will find fantastic pop up kitchens, the Isle of Bute Gin Distillery, live music events, monthly local food & craft markets & Ritches Smoke House, which sells local seafood and fish.

There are lots of events lined up on Bute for 2024, with Butesong, Butefest, Bute Highland Games & Bute Agricultural Show being just a few of the events happening on our buteiful island.
